About Skinbuddy™
Skinbuddy™ was set up several years ago by Naturopath Mike Harmon in order to offer stress-busting treatments, effective natural skincare products and fun team-building events that bring people together to create their very own skincare products.
“During my training as an Iridologist (Iridology is an holistic form of diagnosis) I noticed that nearly all my clients were exhibiting classic symptoms of toxic overload from the bowel and that they would benefit from Colonic Hydrotherapy, Nutritional Advice and Mineral Supplementation. Moreover, their skin conditions were being made worse by the very products they were using. These petrochemical products were also adding to the toxicity of the bowel so a vicious circle was formed.
“I suggested to clients that they cleanse their bowels and find better alternatives to those products. ‘But where do we go?’ they asked. I soon discovered there were very few Colonic Hydrotherapists and even fewer people producing nutritionally sound skincare products.
“I decided to spend the next 6 years learning and perfecting those skills.”

Skinbuddy™ will see clients in response to health problems and then offer a full service of problem management using a range of therapies including Reflexology to boost the immune system, Colonic Hydrotherapy to cleanse the inside and improve digestion, and Waxing and Massage using organic Aromatherapy oils to polish and protect the outside, plus offering a range of Superior Natural Skincare Products to improve the function of the skin.
We offer companies and groups enjoyable Team-building sessions in which we share insider secrets as to how to create high quality organic products in a fun, cooperative (and enjoyably competitive!) environment. After just a few hours, everyone who takes part gets to take home a Sport Body Lotion and Muscle Rub Gel that they’ve invented and created for themselves!
Mike Harmon
Mike has spent many years as a Complementary Therapist with a special interest in HIV as well as Cancer after working at University College London Hospitals in Adult Oncology. Mostly working with Colonic Hydrotheapy, Aromatherapy and Reflexology, he also includes Iridology and Nutrition in his repertoire. After his training as a Cosmetologist, Mike produced a range of skincare products for several years under the brand name of Atalanta Spa supplying spas in some of the world’s high-end hotels as well as an enviable Hollywood client list for the skincare products. He now has his own Skinbuddy™ range as well as offering consultancy services for salons and spas.
