Reflexology is the ancient art of working the reflexes on the feet, hands or ears. Most people aren’t aware of auricular reflexology but I find that reflexology on the gives the best results. My training is direct lineage from Doreen Bailey using the superior “hook” technique rather than the zone technique taught in today’s quick fix colleges. Add to that some plant oils to give nutrition via the feet, you will be left feeling like the foot fairy has been to visit.
